one: don't be a dick
This GPSL is basically a reunion of players from a game for which we have fond memories. We are striving to make this game a safe, fun, stress-free place to write and develop characters and relationships. This game will exist outside of the pettiness and bitchiness of the RP scene at large. To that end, don't cross the in-character/out-of-character line. What happens in-game stays in-game. Don't harass people. In simple terms: don't be a dick.
two: who to bring?
This game is a faux celebrity/town game hybrid, set in the Greater Los Angeles area. Characters should be connected to the arts and music scene. While this includes celebrity actors, musicians, and athletes, it could also include:
  • small-time screen actors, local theatre actors, indie filmmakers.
  • directors, writers, makeup artists, costume designers.
  • film production crew workers, theatre tech crew workers.
  • talent agents, talent managers,
  • musicians, sound engineers, roadies
  • artists, gallery owners, museum curators
  • music venue owners, music venue employees
  • restauranteurs, food truck owners
  • bar owners, bartenders and waitstaff
  • tattoo artists, exotic dancers
We want to maximize the potential for interaction between celebrities and non-celebrities alike.
three: applying is easy
Here's what you'll need, and it's not much:
  • A completed application.
  • A connection to a former ~TAL player (or being one yourself).
  • A screened OOC contact post on that journal.
  • Some basic biographical information. For celebrities, a list of your credits.
That's it. If you're here, it's because you are fantastic or you have a fantastic friend who thinks you are also fantastic.
four: i'm in. now what?
We are trying to strike a balance between keeping the community active and keeping you from being overwhelmed. There are no set activity requirements, in terms of frequency or content. However, please stay active. Please post an introduction to ~spamarama within 48 hours of being accepted. Please make every effort to comment other people, especially new member's introduction posts.

~spamarama is the main IC community, and where you will post your intro. ~cutscenes is our storyline comm. ~switchboard is the OOC comm.
